What is your Return & Refund Policy?
Please email info@brillysmile.com within 30 days of receipt of your order so we can help.
We only accept new and lightly used products. We cannot accept empty pens or more than half used products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event products are returned to us. The customer is free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to prevent delays.
We will not provide a refund for a request that is received by Brilly more than 30 days after the date of original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned Products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use. Bulk orders, or orders over $75 are ineligible for return, but subject to additional evaluation by the Brilly team
Do you offer free shipping?
We currently offer free shipping on orders over $80 dollars.
Where can I get discounts?
If you have discount codes you can enter them in the discount code section in the check out page.
What is the best way to maximize results?
We recommend our 2-step Brilly process. First thoroughly brushing every quadrant of your mouth with the Brilly toothbrush for atleast 2 minutes. Using a whitening toothpaste will add benefits.
Followed by the application of the Brilly whitening pen. Use every day for 1-2 weeks. Then followed by touch-up treatments as needed. If sensitivity occurs, take a break for 1-3 days.
Is there a shelf life for the whitening pen?
Yes, the whitening pens have a shelf life of two years. Check the labeling to determine expiration date of each pen.
Will I experience sensitivity?
Our whitening pen was created to minimize sensitivity. However sensitivity is a common side effect of teeth whitening. Most of our customers report no sensitivity, however every tooth is different. If you do experience sensitivity we recommend taking a break for 1-3 days.
How old do I need to be to use your whitening pen?
We do not recommend our whitening pen for those 18 and younger. However we always recommend consulting your dentist for professional advice.
I am pregnant, or breast-feeding. Can I use your product?
We do not recommend the Brilly Whitening Pen for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Consult your dentist for professional advice.
Are you FDA approved?
All of our products are manufactured in FDA approved facilities. The FDA does not provide approvals on individual products. They provide guidance on cosmetic products labeling and they create requirements for over the counter drugs.
